Phone.inc for Google CalendarComing soon
The calendar phone.
“I'll call you Thursday.” Then you open your calendar and Thursday is full. Phone.inc reads it for you, so the appointment and your next genuinely free slot are on screen while it rings.

What it does
Your day, on the line. Every call knows what you have on.
Your calendar already knows whether you can do Thursday. The problem is that it is not in front of you when someone asks. Phone.inc reads both sides: their appointment, and the gaps in your week.
- Caller context from your calendar
- The appointment they have with you, when it is, and what it is for, next to their name before you pick up.
- Whisper knows your week
- “Booked Tuesday at nine, and you are free Thursday morning.” A brief only you hear, so you can commit on the spot.
- Agents that move the appointment
- After the call an agent checks what is actually free, moves the event, and sends the invitation.
- Texts that confirm the time
- Confirm the new slot by text from your business number, so nobody is relying on remembering it.
- Voicemails with the appointment
- A voicemail about “next week” arrives with the actual appointment attached, so you can answer it properly.
- Two-minute setup, when it opens
- You will connect it with your Google account and choose which calendars we read. We use the time and the title of the appointment, nothing else.
